1. Who I Am & What I Do

• I’m S M Akram Hossain (a.k.a. AkramSEO), an SEO specialist offering services like keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and performance reporting.

   

• Services are custom-tailored and will be fully described in a proposal or invoice before we start.

   

2. Accepting the Work

• When you accept my proposal or pay the deposit/invoice, that means you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   

• Work starts only after we both agree on the scope, timeline, and payment terms.

   

3. What I Need From You

To get good results, I’ll need your cooperation:

• Access to your website backend, analytics/data, and any content or media assets you own

   

• Quick feedback and approvals when needed

   

• Content or materials you want included (images, logos, existing copy) must be provided in good time

   

If delays happen because I don’t get access or materials, timelines may shift.

4. Payment & Fees

• I’ll provide a quote or invoice that shows what you’ll pay and when.

   

• Usually, a deposit (of ___%) is required before work begins. The rest is paid upon milestone or final delivery.

   

• For ongoing services (e.g. monthly SEO), payments are due as scheduled (e.g. first of the month or as per agreement).

   

• Late payments may incur fees, or pause in work until payment is received.

   

5. What I Promise (And What I Can’t)

• I commit to using white-hat, ethical SEO best practices.

   

• I will work diligently, keep you updated, and strive for improvement.

   

• However, I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or outcomes. Results depend on many factors (competition, search engine algorithm changes, client-side changes, etc.).

   

6. Deliverables & Report

• I’ll give you reports (monthly or as agreed) showing what was done, what’s improved, and what’s next.

   

• Deliverables (e.g. audit reports, optimized pages, backlinks, content strategy) will be clearly described in the proposal.

   

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel a project or service with written notice. If work has already been done, you’ll pay for what has been completed.

   

• Prepaid amounts for undelivered work may be partially refundable, depending on how much work has been done and any costs incurred.

   

• If you cancel after deliverables have been handed over, no refund will be possible for work already done.

   

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content, images, logos, etc. you provide.

   

• I retain ownership of any processes, tools, and methodologies I develop, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

   

• After full payment, I will grant rights for you to use the work I do for your site (optimized content, on-page SEO work, etc.).

   

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Any private info you share (login credentials, business data, strategy, etc.) will be kept confidential.

   

• I will not share it with others unless required (e.g. subcontractors engaged with your consent) or by law.

   

• Your data will be handled securely.

   

10. Limitation of Liability

• I’ll do my best, but I can’t be responsible for indirect or unexpected damages (lost revenue, downtime, penalties caused by previous SEO, etc.).

   

• My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

   

11. Changes to These Terms

• I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

   

• If I make significant changes, I’ll let you know (e.g., via email or notice on the website).

   

• Continued use of the website or services after changes implies you accept the new terms.

   

12. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

   

• Any disputes will be handled reasonably and in good faith. If needed, we can use mediation or the local courts.

   

13. Use of Work in My Portfolio

• With your permission, I may showcase the work I do for you in my portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials. This helps me show what I can do, and doesn’t affect your rights or confidential info.

   

• If you prefer I do not use certain parts publicly (e.g. proprietary content, special strategies), just tell me and we’ll write that in the agreement.
